Log in to your account through your phone, tablet, or desktop. You can do this for any application and it will be similar. In this case, we are removing a user from the Protect application. Please make sure that you are not the site owner. If you are the site owner, you need to transfer ownership before you can be removed.
Open the Protect app on your phone or site manager on your desktop.
Protect App
On the bottom right of the app press the settings icon
Click the "Admins" icon
This should bring you to the admin or user's screen. Make sure you select the "Users" from the drop-down if it is not already selected. Click on the username that you would like to remove.
Once you have selected the user, select the "Settings" icon.
At the bottom, you should see a "Deactivate" button. Click it and that will remove the user from your account.
Site Manager
On the bottom left of the site you want to remove a user click the "Settings" icon.
Click the "Admins & Users" icon
This should bring you to the admin or user's screen. Make sure you select the "Users" from the tab list. Click on the username that you would like to remove.
Once you have selected the user, select the "Settings" icon from the pop-up on the right of the screen.
At the bottom, you should see a "Deactivate" button. Click it and that will remove the user from your account.
