Add Pre-defined Roles

  1. Use a pre-defined role: If you already have roles created, you can select the user you want to change and choose a pre-defined role.
    1. Super Admin is a default role that allows users full access to applications. There are only a handful of things that a user can't do that the owner can.
  2. Custom or defined roles can be set by unchecking "Use a pre-defined role."
    1. Custom roles are when you only want to give access to applications you don't plan to use often for other users.
      1. Custom roles can be changed by selecting an application drop-down and selecting "custom." You can then tailor the settings to fit the role. 
    2. You can save a custom role by checking the "Save as pre-defined role" and giving it a name.
