Adding a Admin/User to your Unifi Console

  1. Ensure the user you want to add has created a UI Account.
  2. Log into your Unifi Account at unifi.ui.com
  3. Select "Settings".
  4. Select the "control plane".
  5. Select "Admins and Users".
  6. Click on "Create New Admin".
  7. Enter the user's email with the UI Account from step 1.
  8. Select a predefined role or uncheck the predefined role to create a custom/new predefined role.
