- Ensure the user you want to add has created a UI Account.
- Log into your Unifi Account at unifi.ui.com
- Select "Settings".
- Select the "control plane".
- Select "Admins and Users".
- Click on "Create New Admin".
- Enter the user's email with the UI Account from step 1.
- Select a predefined role or uncheck the predefined role to create a custom/new predefined role.
